Marketing Hub Implementation: The Short Version

You bought (or are about to buy) HubSpot with Marketing Hub in the mix, and you want to know what actually gets built — not the full theory, just the short version. Here it is.

The Short Answer

Marketing Hub implementation isn’t a separate service — it’s one of the hubs we configure as part of a regular implementation project. If you’re buying HubSpot Marketing alongside Sales, or on its own, the same three packages apply, just scoped to what your Marketing Hub tier actually supports.

What Gets Built During Implementation

Forms, Landing Pages & A/B Testing

We set up your lead-capture forms with the notifications and routing tied to them, connect landing pages to the right lists and workflows, and — on our Pro and Enterprise packages — run initial A/B tests so you’re not guessing which version converts before you’ve even launched.

Nurture & Notification Workflows

Automated follow-ups, internal lead notifications, and multi-step nurture sequences get built here. One thing worth flagging up front: workflows aren’t available on HubSpot Starter at all, so if that’s your tier, this piece waits until you upgrade — no implementation partner can build around a limit HubSpot itself set.

Lead Scoring & Reporting Setup

We configure manual lead scoring based on the properties and behavior that actually matter to your sales process — not a generic template — plus the dashboards that show whether Marketing Hub is producing pipeline or just activity.

What Stays With You After Go-Live

Implementation builds the architecture. It doesn’t include writing and sending your ongoing campaigns, refreshing nurture copy every quarter, or keeping your lists clean month after month — that’s operational work, not setup work. If you want someone handling that on an ongoing basis, that’s what our Managed Services retainer covers, not Implementation.

Does Your Team Actually Need It

Not every team does. If your sales cycle runs on relationships and referrals — the way most tax credit consulting, M&A advisory, or DEI consulting firms sell — Marketing Hub is rarely the thing solving your actual bottleneck. Sales Hub usually is. Where Marketing Hub earns its place is lead capture and nurture: if you’re running any inbound at all, even a handful of forms and one nurture sequence, it’s worth having someone set it up right instead of leaving it half-configured and quietly ignored.

Where This Fits Into a Real Implementation

Marketing Hub setup is priced inside our three implementation tiers — Starter, Pro, and Enterprise — not sold as a stand-alone add-on. If you’re not sure which tier your Marketing Hub subscription actually needs, book a scoping call and we’ll tell you straight, before you buy anything.
