Servicios / Audit + Reset

Find out what’s broken in your HubSpot. Then Fix it.

Two services built to run in sequence. The Audit tells you exactly what’s wrong and what it’ll cost to fix. The Reset executes it — with that diagnosis in hand, no guesswork, no open-ended scope.

✓ Fixed pricing ✓ The Audit defines the Reset’s scope ✓ No obligation to book the Reset

WHO IT'S FOR

Does your portal have this problem?

The Audit and Reset are for portals with history. If you’re just getting started with HubSpot, there’s a lighter, cheaper starting point.

✓ This is a fit if...

  • Your portal's been in use for a year or more, and some things have "never really worked right"
  • No one on the team knows exactly what's configured or what it's for
  • You've got automations that overlap, or that nobody's reviewed in months
  • Your sales team avoids HubSpot because "it's a mess"
  • You're evaluating whether to renew or change your license and want to know if it's worth it
  • Before adding Managed Services, you want the foundation sorted first

SERVICES TIERS

What part of the Audit. What belongs in the Reset.

You can book the Audit on its own — the Reset is the natural next step if the report confirms there’s structural work to do. Both are fixed price: the Audit always is; the Reset is, once the scope is set.

Step 1 · Fixed price
$1,800
Fixed price · Delivered in 5–7 business days

HubSpot Audit

A technical and operational diagnosis of your portal. We tell you exactly what's wrong, what it's costing the business, and how to fix it — backed by evidence, not guesswork.

  • Initial discovery session (1 hour)
  • Data structure review
  • Sales pipelines and stages
  • Existing workflows
  • Active sequences
  • Forms and lead capture
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • Configured integrations
  • Permissions and team structure
  • Data quality
  • Identification of active bugs, broken configurations, and missed opportunities
  • Audit report delivered (~10–20 pages)
  • Findings walkthrough session
Step 2 · Priced by scope
$2,500+
Exact scope and price locked in during the Audit

HubSpot Reset

The technical rebuild of what the Audit diagnosed. We don't start from zero — we clean up what's not working, reconfigure what's broken, and document everything so the team can actually use it.

  • Execution of the findings flagged as critical and important in the Audit
  • Data cleanup
  • Reconfiguration of pipelines, workflows, and/or sequences
  • Reorganization of lists, properties, and segmentation
  • Documentation of the portal's new state
  • 1–2 team retraining sessions, depending on scope
  • 30 days of post-Reset support (up to 5 hours)
HOW IT WORKS

The process, end to end.

From the first kickoff to a rebuilt portal. The Audit and Reset connect without information gaps or rework between stages.

Step 1 · Audit

Kickoff and portal access

A 30-minute call to understand the context before we touch anything.

  • Business context and current sales process
  • Known issues the team's already flagged
  • Focus areas and priorities for your case
  • Admin access to the portal (without disrupting your team during the analysis)
Step 2 · Audit

Independent analysis

We review the portal in depth over 3–5 business days. Your team doesn't need to be available.

  • Review of the portal's technical and operational areas
  • Documentation of every finding with concrete evidence
  • Prioritization by business impact and ease of fix
  • If a Reset follows: scope and effort estimate included in the analysis
Step 3 · Audit

Report delivery + walkthrough

A 60-minute session where we go through the findings together and define next steps.

  • Guided walkthrough of the PDF report and every finding
  • Joint prioritization of the issues found
  • If a Reset follows: exact scope and fixed price agreed in this session
  • You decide whether to move forward with the Reset or keep the report
Optional — only if you book the Reset
Step 4 · Reset

Execution and rebuild

With the Audit as the foundation, we know exactly what to do. Fixed scope, agreed price, no surprises.

  • Cleanup of data, properties, and incorrect configurations
  • Reconfiguration of pipelines and automations
  • Rebuilt reporting matched to your real sales process
  • Handoff with full documentation and a closing session (60 min)
RESET PRICING

What determines how much the Reset costs?

The Audit is always $1,800, fixed. The Reset ranges from $2,500 to $8,000 depending on four factors — and the Audit report itself helps size them precisely, no blind estimates.

HubSpot Tier
A Reset on Enterprise has more technical layers than one on Starter. The tier sets the base complexity of the work and how long it takes.
Data Volume
How many contacts, companies, and deals need reviewing, cleaning, or deduplicating. More volume means more execution time and more risk to manage.
Active Automations
Workflows and sequences that need to be safely turned off, reconfigured, and tested. Every broken automation adds scope to the project.
Integrations in Use
If there are active integrations (email, Slack, billing, etc.), the Reset has to make sure they don't break during reconfiguration.
If you book Audit + Reset: the Audit fee ($1,800) is credited toward the final Reset price. For example, if the Reset comes in at $4,500, the total project cost is $4,500 — not $6,300. The diagnostic isn't an extra cost, it's part of the project.
FAQ

What people ask us most about the Audit and Reset

Do I have to do the Audit before the Reset?

It's not required, but it's strongly recommended. Without the Audit, the Reset's scope gets defined with incomplete information — which can mean an imprecise price or work you have to redo later. The Audit makes the Reset predictable: we know exactly what to touch and how long it takes. If you already have a recent diagnostic from somewhere else, we'll review it on the initial call and may not need to repeat it.

Is the Audit worth it even if we don't do the Reset afterward?

Absolutely. The Audit report is a standalone deliverable — you keep the full diagnostic with prioritized findings and an action plan, whether we execute it or your team does. Many clients use the Audit to make license decisions, justify a budget internally, or as the starting point for Managed Services with the groundwork already understood.

If I book both, when does the Audit discount apply?

The discount applies to the Reset's final price. For example, if the Reset comes in at $4,500, the total project cost is $4,500 — not $4,500 + $1,800. This gets confirmed in writing when we lock in the Reset's scope, at the end of the report delivery session. No surprises on the invoice.

Does the Reset wipe out historical data?

No. The Reset isn't "delete everything and start from scratch." We keep the data that has value, clean up what's duplicated or poorly structured, and reorganize the portal's architecture — without deleting the deal, contact, or activity history your team needs. If there's data that genuinely should go, we agree on it beforehand and document it.

Which HubSpot tiers do these services apply to?

Both the Audit and the Reset apply to Starter, Professional, and Enterprise — in any combination of Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations). The Reset's scope and price vary by tier and complexity. The Audit ($1,800) is fixed price regardless of tier.

How much access do you need to the portal?

For the Audit, we need Super Admin access, mostly read-only during the analysis phase. For the Reset, we need Admin access with edit permissions on the areas we're reconfiguring. In both cases, we'll spell out exactly what permissions we need before starting — if your company has an access policy, we'll coordinate with your IT team, no problem.

Ready to start with the diagnostic?

The Audit is the first step — fixed price, a concrete deliverable, no obligation to book the Reset afterward. If the report doesn't justify the Reset, we'll tell you.
